Weight Loss Chart (day 10)

My last 10 days as represented by dots and lines.

The cool part is not really that my body is getting lighter.

The cool part is that these dots and lines represent a stabilization and harmonization of my inner experience.

Weight loss isn’t actually my primary goal here. Tracking weight, however, can be a useful metric that correlates with more abstract, blobby-globby facets of my human experience.
