Who I am
This site—andrewlhicks.com—is run by me, Andrew L. Hicks. If you have questions about your privacy, reach me at andrew@andrewlhicks.com.
What I collect
Information you give me. When you sign up for emails (like JFRFN or the free mini-book), you give me your name and email address. When you contact me, you give me whatever you put in the message.
Payment information. If you buy something (like a JFRFN subscription), payment is handled by my payment processor. I never see or store your card numbers.
Basic technical data. Like nearly every website, this one uses a small number of cookies to keep things working (for example, remembering that you’re logged in). I don’t run ad trackers.
How I use it
- To send you the emails you signed up for.
- To process your orders and manage your subscription.
- To reply when you contact me.
That’s it. I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it except with the service providers I need to run the site (my email provider and my payment processor), who are bound to handle it responsibly.

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you’re out—no guilt trip, no hard feelings.
